Refund policy

It is my hope that the jewelry you purchased from me brings you absolute joy, however sometimes things look different online or happen during shipment.  I cannot, however, accept returns or exchanges on custom or clearance items.   Please contact customerservice@cinnabardesignsjewelry.com with any questions.

Exchanges

I will exchange a product that is in its original packaging and in new, original condition within 14 days from the date your order was delivered (per delivery confirmation date with USPS).  You are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.  Please email customerservice@cinnabardesignsjewelry.com to arrange an exchange.  Please note, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange.

Returns

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the item within 14 days of receipt (per delivery confirmation date with USPS). The product must be in the same new, original condition and packaging that you received it in and be undamaged in any way.  After I receive your item, it will be inspected and your refund processed, minus the original cost of shipping.  The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase.  For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show on your credit card statement.  If the product is damaged in any way or the refund was initiated after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  A return tracking number is required as proof of return within 10 days.

If an item was damaged during shipping, please notify me within 7 days of the date delivered.  Please send photos of the damaged item and packaging to customerservice@cinnabardesignsjewelry.com.  I will work to either get a replacement (f available) or a refund to you within 7 business days and handle the dispute with the USPS. 

All returns & exchanges must include a tracking number that is provided to me at the time the item is shipped.  Original shipping costs are nonrefundable on your purchase if you choose to return or exchange an item.

Cancellations

Requests to cancel an order must be made within 48 hours of the date the order was placed.
